We need energetic and talented staff members to be our KiteMakers, who help us create our community and guide our Flyers on their journeys to reaching new heights. Plus, you will have the opportunity to explore and go on your own journey as well–learning the same important, practical skills as our Flyers and also gaining experience in skills that have professional value:
For our one-week summer program, staff members are at least 19 years of age (entering sophomores in college). Our KiteMakers will bring the learning opportunities to life for our Flyers in fun, creative ways that you will have ownership over. We trust our staff to bring the best version of themselves every day and to make Fly Your Kite an unparalleled experience.
We are looking for applicants who are excited to work with children and to bring their talents to our program.
While our summer program is an informal setting, Fly Your Kite is a professional environment where we expect you to behave professionally, be dedicated to your work, and follow all of our policies.
If you are interested in becoming a KiteMaker on our staff, please fill out the online form.
