Practical Skill Development
Our campers are called “Flyers,” and range in ages from 7 to 13.
Every Flyer will learn at least one practical life skill through
interactive and engaging workshops.
Supportive Community
We create a community of respect and learning, giving Flyers
inspiration, support, and encouragement to set and achieve ambitious goals.
Freedom of Choice
On a classic Kite, there are four Quadrants. Flyers choose their favorite
Workshop Quadrant and within that Workshop Quadrant, they choose
from a variety of activities. Flyers can express their preferences in
the Enrollment Survey. They will then be placed into a Mastery Skill Workshop
and an Exploratory Skill Workshop (see the Day @ Camp schedule)
to focus on during the Program.
Tangible Achievement
Each Flyer will take home amazing products and souvenirs
of their camp week to share with others.
Flyers will choose their workshops, which will contain a variety of activities.
